Thirty years plus in Australian finance, super and insurance before this conversation.
My previous roles included the past five years advising clients at Super Advice Australia and PictureWealth, and adviser and leadership roles at Team (Mine) Super, YellowBrickRoad, Suncorp, Commonwealth Bank, AMP, Bank of Queensland, NAB and ANZ. I passed the FASEA adviser exam in 2020, hold a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning with Distinction (2023) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking, and run my own SMSF. I now work with investors and their advisers at Geonet, and live on Tamborine Mountain in south east Queensland.

A five-star beachfront resort in Seminyak with 168 branded suites, developed by Geonet Developments International, operated by SONO Hotels & Resorts, and carrying the ELLE name under licence. At the centre of it is a multi-level beach club: an open-air restaurant and beach grill, a pool bar, daybeds and cabanas, a sunken lounge, an indoor restaurant upstairs, and a private lounge for owners. The investment is structured over a 50-year leasehold term.
